Hi, I’m Karen Elliott.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist specializing in working with older adults. My experience spans both medical and mental healthcare settings, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting older adults and their families through life’s transitions.

Telehealth therapy may be new to you—don’t worry, it’s new to many! Once you schedule an appointment, a secure link will be emailed to you. At the time of our session, simply click the link, and I’ll be there on the other side. Prefer to talk on the phone instead? That works too—my goal is to make the process as comfortable as possible for you.

If you’re navigating the unique challenges that come with aging— life transitions, changes in relationships, chronic illness, grief, anxiety, depression, or social isolation—you’ll find empathetic listening, guidance, and validation in our sessions. Together, we’ll explore coping strategies, maintain your sense of connectedness and purpose, and identify resources tailored to your needs.

I bring specialized training in the aging process and the unique challenges older adults face. This includes understanding the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social changes that come with age, as well as grief, caregiving, autonomy, health concerns, and end-of-life considerations. But beyond my training, it’s my passion for this work that drives me to help you improve your quality of life.
