About

I am a National Board-Certified Counselor as well as a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) who trained at Johns Hopkins University. I have my Post Master’s Certificate in Clinical Community Counseling from Johns Hopkins University, Masters of Science degree in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University, Masters of Arts degree in Education, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.

In my private practice, I specialize in helping my clients set and move forward with their life goals, improve their relationships and create more meaning and purpose in their lives today. Examples of my expertise include working with individuals to take steps to resolve old issues that continue to make current life difficult, achieving professional and personal goals, moving forward after an illness, loss, or grief to create a good future, learning how to feel happier and self-fulfilled on a daily basis, and having better, more loving relationships with less conflict. I also work with couples counseling as well.
