As a therapist, I offer an authentic, non-judgmental space, filled with unconditional care and, I guarantee, laughter. I will work with you to establish goals, and, with patience, accomplish the change that you want in your life. I have experience with adults 18-80 years old and specialize in grief therapy; family and relationship issues, including divorce, codependency, estrangement, boundary setting, and parenting adult children; and life transitions, such as retirement, caregiving, relocation, and menopause.

Although I have years of experience with in-person therapy, my focus since 2020 has been successfully providing my services via telehealth. Fortunately, research supports that telehealth is as effective as in-person therapy for most conditions. To do this, I employ a safe and secure system that is created specifically for doctors and therapists. It is also easy to use!

As a trained counseling psychologist, I prioritize creating a safe and affirming environment for clients of all races, ethnicities, national origins, sexual identities and orientations, gender identities and expressions, abilities, body sizes, personal creeds, spiritual beliefs, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Depending on your needs, I utilize various methods of therapy including cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, multicultural, and dialectical behavioral therapy, while encouraging the practice of self-compassion. I also enjoy recommending books as a tool for us to read and discuss together.
