Elder Pathways provides full support for you and your family’s needs. I provide therapy services with insurance coverage.
For those needing services at home, I provide a full situational evaluation of your Elder’s situation. Unlike a therapist that includes:
– Strengths and challenges
– Functional and cognitive abilities
– Support system (family, friends, faith-based community)
– Personal wishes and goals
– Financial resources
– Driving issues
- Facilitate crisis intervention/hospital/care setting transitions
- Maximize health insurance, long-term care, and other benefits
- Identify and match services to needs and budget
- Determine safety interventions and assistive technology

Services
Geriatric Services for the individual and the family. If you or a family member has - multiple medical or psychological issues - is unable to live safely in their current environment - is not pleased with current care providers and requires advocacy - is confused about their own financial and/or legal situation - have limited or no family support If you are a Solo Ager and are concerned about planning for the future.
