I currently practice care with Aspirus Healthcare in their Senior Wellness Program.  This program focuses on serving older adults through an intensive outpatient model of care in an integrated care model.  Historically, I have worked with older adults through case management services as well as in crisis settings.  I also work part-time in Better Help and am licensed in both Wisconsin and Michigan to provide outpatient counseling.  I focus on providing cognitive behavioral counseling methods to help us address our past stressors as well as focus on current emotional wellness.
