Become A Podcast Guest Or Present A CE Workshop
Interested in becoming a contributor and providing expert education to other mental health and senior care professionals?
What We’re Looking For
We are dedicated to providing continuing education to help meet the mental health needs of older adults and caregivers. The range of topics may include:
Aging mental health (geriatric mental health)
Health psychology
Alzheimer’s & related dementias
Sleep psychology
Rehabilitation psychology
Neuropsychology
Family caregiving
End of life
Grief and bereavement
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
We are looking for presenters and podcast guests who are passionate, experienced, ethical, diverse, and interesting. Presenters and Podcast Guests must have the expertise required to provide continuing education at the post-doctoral level, which may include:
Presenters/interviewees must be at least post-master’s level in the given topic, and it is generally required that presenters are licensed in their particular field (medicine, psychology, etc.).
At least 3 years of teaching experience at the University level and/or 3+ years conducting formal Continuing Education training and/or significant clinical expertise.
All courses need to satisfy APA and other CE approval organization requirements
All content must be evidence-based and be reflective of current and emerging scientific knowledge or practice strategies/methods.
Presenters and interviewees are thoroughly vetted by the Center for Mental Health & Aging’s Training Advisory Board.
